Frugals, first published in October 2007, was created to unite thrifty shopping consumers with locally-based small to medium sized retailers, restaurants, events and service providers on the eastern shore.
At frugals, we see our mission as ‘friends in the marketplace’ by assisting our advertisers in reaching consumers in need of their products and services via print, radio, online promotion and email blasts, while helping consumers find the best money saving deals available on the eastern shore.
