Frugals, first published in October 2007, began as a way to unite thrifty shopping consumers with locally-based small to medium sized retailers and service providers on the eastern shore.
At frugals, we see our mission as ‘friends in the marketplace.’ We assist advertisers in reaching consumers in need of their products and services while helping our customers find the best money saving deals available on the eastern shore.
While coupon books are not uncommon, we’d like to think that frugals is unique. We are the only full color, glossy coupon book that caters to the local residents of the eastern shore of Maryland and Virginia. We also provide bundled advertising packages to our advertisers with print, radio, and online services. And of course, everything is offered at a frugal price. Now, that is unique!
